About us
Every love story deserves to be celebrated in its own way
Eventos NearMe was born out of years working inside event venues: we know the trade from the other side, we know what goes wrong, who to call and what things really cost.
We take on only a few couples a year, in Spanish and in English, so we can truly be there. From the first "where do we start?" to the very last dance.

Catering, photo and video, music and entertainment, sound and lighting, guest transport and classic cars. No hidden commissions: we charge for our work, never from the supplier.
Beauty & styling
Styling for the couple and their families, hair and make-up trials, and a timeline for the day so nobody arrives at the ceremony in a rush.

We meet
A coffee or a one-hour video call, free of charge. You tell us how you picture the day, the budget you have in mind and what worries you. We leave knowing whether we are a good fit.

Proposal & quote
We send you a written proposal with the approach to the event, the suppliers that fit and a quote broken down line by line. No surprises later.

Design & production
We sign and get to work. Venue visits, booking suppliers, design, tastings, a payment calendar and a living document where you always know where everything stands.

The big day
We arrive with the setup and leave with the last guests. A minute-by-minute timeline, coordinated suppliers, hiccups solved before you even hear about them. All you have to do is be there.

We hired Elena as an English couple who do not speak Spanish for our wedding at Cigarral del Ángel in Toledo, and honestly we could not have done it without her. Elena is incredibly attentive, organised and resourceful.

What everybody asks
Our services start at €500 for hourly consulting. On-the-day coordination and full planning depend on the number of guests, the area and how much has to be produced, which is why we prefer to give you an itemised quote rather than a flat rate that tells you nothing. The first meeting is free.
We are based in Madrid and Asturias, and those are the two areas we know inside out. Beyond them we also work across the rest of Spain, adding travel costs to the quote.
Quite the opposite: it is one of the things we do best. We run the whole process in English, deal with suppliers on your behalf and guide you through the Spanish paperwork, which is usually the scary part. Several of our couples married here without speaking a word of Spanish.
Twelve to eighteen months ahead is comfortable, especially if you want a particular venue in high season. That said, we have stepped in two weeks before the wedding and it went well. If your date is close, write to us anyway.
No. We charge for our work and only to you. That is precisely what allows us to recommend the supplier that suits you rather than the one who pays us most, and to negotiate prices on your side of the table.
Few, and deliberately so. Never two on the same weekend. We would rather turn a wedding down than do two of them by halves.
